Pros

I can’t think of any positives. They have had extremely high turnover for years across every level from executive leadership to the bottom for a reason.

Cons

One quick note- for a cybersecurity company, it’s interesting that they themselves don’t comply with regulations. Customers beware. Employees beware…. Job seekers please look elsewhere. It’s definitely not worth the lengthy and unprofessional hiring process. I’ve been involved in hiring and have seen this go bad so many times- I always feel terrible for applicants but that’s a whole other issue….. Bullies in HR, Head of Legal, and management across levels make it a very negative environment. I’ve seen it happen to too many coworkers- HR, leadership and Legal will ignore and gaslight any issue you or your customer may have- big or small. I feel terrible when meeting a happy new hire, it’s not what you expect here. Stay away. They can’t get their processes together after years and years of hiring and firing execs and trying new things. Across teams, roles and responsibilities change multiple times a year and if you’re not pushed out you’ll be left unhappy and alone while all your coworkers leave. Watching everyone come and go month after month for years is super disheartening. HR shouldn’t have to repeat on every call, “I don’t know why our employees don’t think we have good benefits. We need to change that inaccurate thinking.” -If we had good benefits we wouldn’t be saying we don’t. HR and leadership also shouldn’t repeatedly speak so poorly about every person who leaves saying they are ALL just disloyal- The company takes zero responsibility and accountability for causing such low morale. LOW PAY and embarrassingly low raises that don’t align with recruiters’ big claims. No opportunity for career growth unfortunately. Old school discrimination here is surprising. It’s not the shiny corporation you’re aspiring to join. Unfortunately, leadership across teams lack basic skills in their “area of expertise” and painfully lack people management skills. That’s surprising for such a two own organization…. Most people leave because they are so tired of dealing with their personal manager and I’m not talking about any lazy stereotypes here, these are quality, high-performing, experienced professionals who I’ve seen try and try their best with positive attitudes to overcome poor circumstances but eventually get exhausted just from dealing with their direct manager. There have been about 2 or 3 quality and skilled leaders over the years that I’ve been here and they got so burnt out they had to leave and the company spoke incredibly poorly about them when they left -the few execs who actually excelled in their leadership.. Execs, STAY AWAY. And everyone below executive level, stay away; if executives are treated so poorly, you better believe the company cares even less about you. Good luck getting email responses. Good luck accessing your benefits they withhold. Good luck trying to stay positive.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
