Pros
Hands-down the best company I have ever worked for! At every end pass, Optiv is about family first! The company also ensures that you can do formal training in practically any and all areas of tech. This is a people first company who is making a name for themselves, in a big way!
Cons
The only con that I can think of is that there is not a clearly defined career path. As in, I do not know what I need to do to eventually be considered for the next level position. This is changing, though, as Optiv is putting together this guidance now for everyone.
