      Flexible schedule, autonomy, support and resources to grow and develop professionally through internal training team and LMS courses, support work from home during COVID, knowledgeable/ passionate teammates. 401(k) match 50% on up to 6% employee contribution up to $3,500 annually, HSA contribution if enrolled in high-deductible plan, telehealth and virtual care options, wellness program, and great co-workers!

      Cons

      the downside to growth and change can be burnout and having a lot on your plate all at once. that being said, i feel like i have gained a careers worth of experience that will serve me to be a competitive candidate in the market.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

      Cons

      2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
