Cons
Organization changed the bonus plan after the 1st Qtr and made it retro to the beginning of the year. Basically taking away bonuses from people who worked hard and long hours to help the company stay its course. They are punishing the workers for lack of sales. Yes, I understand the reasoning, but to make it retro, just to please folks that come up with unrealistic projections.
