      Pros

      Good people. Interesting growth area (eCommerce). Remote jobs.

      Cons

      The company grew too fast so they have a cash crunch. High staff turnover. Product is in need of a refresh technically and functionally. Micromanagement. It’s a small, shrinking company so not many opportunities. Pay is bd for the industry but probably ok for the location.

      Pros

      Great group of people on the ground, who give their all. Nice working environment in previous office

      Cons

      Company lacked a long term vision that worked, countless signs that it was the wrong direction, but cuts had to continue till the company effectively was back at square one.
