      Great people, flexible working opportunities with majority of employees working from home. Good range of benefits including life assurance, private health care, Employee Assistance Programmes and Cycle to Work and E-car schemes.

      Cons

      Potentially less progression routes due to size of company but focus is given to employee personal development.

      Great group of people on the ground, who give their all. Nice working environment in previous office

      Cons

      Company lacked a long term vision that worked, countless signs that it was the wrong direction, but cuts had to continue till the company effectively was back at square one.
