Very unprofessional agency - Firestopper Options Resourcing Employee Review

Having worked at Options Resourcing for just over 2 months, I have nothing but great things to say about the company. The support received has been second to none, from the CEO through to the support staff, everyone has been incredibly helpful! The CEO is remarkable and has a clear vision and strategy on the envisioned trajectory of the company. If you want to work for an organisation and a leadership team that genuinely wants you to succeed and earn a life changing amount of money and also wants to progress your career, Options Resourcing is the place for you. The Talent/L&D Manager is fab and really understands the mechanics of agency recruitment which is fundamental for all, especially new starters. His training is tailored specifically to support consultants feel confident and add value to their clients with their recruitment/sales ability, whilst still managing to add some fun in to training so it's not just another typical classroom session. Great company overall. Highly recommend!

The system has been a challenge

Great comms structure with a sliding scale. Some of the staff in all offices are great. David the director is a good guy who would be a great direct manager

No infrastructure. Just want new people to go around PSLs and hope the fees are paid!
