Pros
The clients were the best part of being at Options. I had some of the best discussions with them and they taught me a lot of interesting things (e.g., some sign language, how to play different games, how to make various crafts, etc.).
Cons
I was teased by male supervisors. They'd say hurtful things to me and laugh when I was cleaning up the site I was at while no one else was around. Few of the clients were able to go to day programs, and Options only allowed clients to plan and attend one or maybe two outing(s) per week. Some of the clients could get very physically aggressive, and I felt scared for my safety on more than one occasion.
