      Pros

      Great rehabilitation programs. Rewarding when working with a clients who are successful. Potential to move up within the company.

      Cons

      Flex scheduling creates burnout and high turnover rate with staffing. When staff quit of leave a site, overtime is mandatory for everyone working. Breakdown in communication from supervisors to direct care staffing. Poorly taken care of houses and yards, making the home an eyesore in the neighborhood. No activities for clients , causing them to be bored and create their own undesired activities.

      Pros

      Awesome area manager, fantastic medication trainer, great regional director. Amazing client home and clients. Staff was super nice, always striving to strengthen team, which is key in any residential site. Recommend Options if you’re looking to grow. This role is a great opportunity to enhance your skills and propel growth.

      Cons

      None! Personal regret was accepting position too soon without knowing the full extent of personal medical situation.

      Upper management is not very connected with the essential workers making their company function High turnover; company prefers to have a revolving door of employees rather than pay a more livable wage
