- Young and active workforce - Good compensations and flexible holidays - Steep learning curve - Amicable environment

Cons

- Still very reactive rather than proactive to problem management - Engineering and Support team needs better communication and work hand in hand to resolve problem. There's a tendency from the level 2/3 engineers not to help the support engineers. - Possibility of long working hours - Regional managers can be slacking and not enough support from some managers and there's no proper review in place to manage the management team.
