Pros

Looking back, Options did give me as a clinician the opportunity to fulfill my career as a family sex abuse treatment therapist.

Cons

I wasn’t able to do public speaking and had conveyed this several times that it was my greatest weakness. However I was continually thrown into public speaking. Plus if one didn’t spend their off time doing extra curricular events advertising options one didn’t fit in. It was clear that either you fit in or you didn’t based upon how much of ones free time given. Careful all you clinician’s show no humor, for you will be forced to resign or be terminated.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your time at Options. Options doesn't ask their clinicians to do public speaking or participate in extra curricular events. We do ask for volunteers to participate in the occasional career/job fair, but this would maybe be once a year. We ask all employees to partake in an exit interview and I hope you took that opportunity. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors!
