      Pros

      -My voice is heard when issues arise or my needs are not being met. There is no manager at Option One who hasn’t been in the position of their subordinates. -Employees are promoted from within. -Competitive pay. - Awesome company events, these guys know how to work hard and play harder!

      Cons

      -lots of hours (usually not required but requested). This is a plus if you like the optional OT money.

      Pros

      -lots of OT available -experienced management - all inside managers were former installers/electricians so they understand our jobs -small company so I can meet directly with executives when needed -growing company, I've been promoted twice in the last year

      Cons

      - sometimes too much OT, but we typically never work on weekends

      Pros

      Paid Holidays from the day you start, before you're 90 probation period.

      Cons

      If the daughters of the owner dislike you for any reason, they find a way to push you out. They play favorites and selectively enforce their HR policies when it suits them. They HR team acts superior and all knowing with ZERO formal education in their roles. They don't pay people what they are worth. No matter how many additional roles you take on, its EXTREMELY difficult to get recognition or a raise.
