Pros

Caring, customer focused clinical employee's. Great upgrade systems are being planned and will make this a sate of the art post acute care provider when it is completed in a few years.

Cons

Due to sale to Private Equity by Walgreens, there is much infrastructure upgrades that need to be completed. While these are ongoing, PE is looking to boost the bottom line through multiple employee cuts. Promised upgrades will take several years to complete before the efficiency's are able to be realized. There is high turnover and frustration. Constant quarterly changes to bonus program also adds to the frustration.

Pros

The team of people I worked with.

Cons

Everything. This company is so toxic. I have PTSD from working there. We were worked to the bone. Upper management doesn't care about problems that are brought forth. When people quit, we are told to absorb their territories. When new ppl are hired, we are tasked with training them and onboarding them. They used to have a nice training program but got rid of it and the training team doesn't do anything but off load their work onto others. We were asked to wear way too many hats. I was working 12 hrs a day and on the weekends but nothing was ever good enough. Constant pressure to work in the field even when it didn't make sense. If there were no pts to see we were told to work from the lobby which was a HIPAA violation as everyone around me could see my patient list on my computer and hear me taking on the phone. There is too much pressure on numbers and zero support or help. No one held accountable for service failures either. Please seriously consider being a CTS. You will lose yourself and your life to the job.
