      Awesome people to work with, as far as nurses, pharmacists, and technicians.

      Cons

      Constant changes rolled out before doing research to measure the impact. Corporate wants a "single repeatable model" to copy/paste across the nation. They fail to realize not every market/state is the same. Your feedback is not important, the shareholders are. OCH values money over people.

      friendly, supportive, loving, understanding and family oriented staff

      low pay rate, no promotions.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
