Ridiculously ineffective tech and software that. No training, even less transparency. Ever evolving goals and procedures to limit success based on outdated purchased marketing data rather than real world analytics. communication with colleagues is discouraged and intentionally made overly complex or at times impossible. Zero accountability. Very heavy work load expectations far more than most similar roles, with less to show for efforts. Very minimal diversity, racist and bigoted talk allowed.
