      Enjoy the clinical work and clean room work. Appreciated my coworkers.

      Cons

      Corporate regulations are almost unattainable. A lot of things are redundant. Doesn't feel like corporate listens to smaller branches

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
