There's never a dull moment at Option Care! The management team is trying to create a positive, hard working, fun environment. There's a lot of work, a lot of change going on. But with the right attitudes, everyone can be successful and have fun doing it. Management is always looking for the right people to develop into leaders. Always opportunities for advancement within the company.
Cons
Some of the tenure employees are very negative and do not like change. They bring down the morale. The new employees are positive, energetic and willing to work hard.
