      maybe health benefits and some flexibility until month end

      Always promoting the wrong people to critical jobs. In the cash posting job the supervisor never balanced and management don't care how long you work as long as you balance.

      My team was great, save my manager and upper leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership does not care what's best for the patient, everything is a brush off to RCM with a "billing will fix it mentality". Certain people in management cannot be told no and if they are they throw a tantrum like they are 5 years old.
