      I worked for 3 years in Optimus. It's a nice company with young talent. There is lot of learning opportunity there. They have good quality of work and work environment is good.

      Cons

      Some time it is difficult to maintain work and personal life balance.

      There is no proper structure in this company No proper payment structure Company does not pay its employees well Salary not according to proper standards, Paid very less and yearly hike is next to nothing No structure in the company, no proper process in place.
