Pros
Optimus is a very fun place to work, their client services are unparalleled, and the office is amazing work space. Some highlights were the health insurance, 401k + match, a home made treat every afternoon, and 5pm happy hours every Friday featuring home made cocktails. Monday morning meetings every week created an amazing sense of community and staff support.
Cons
The fibers of the company include a thick glass ceiling, many of the high ranking producers are married to each other.. It was very difficult to advance your career here at the time. Many employees got their start with nepotistic connections.
