      Nothing, even though they are good at lying.

      Cons

      No tools to do the job. Management is very poor, and are competing against their own reps (Taking all leads, sandbagging deals, etc.) Their entire business model is to trick businesses into long contracts, and train their sales reps on how to accomplish this.

      Can make a TON of money. Great ownership and leadership. Family atmosphere. Team environment. Great work life balance.

      It is a grind! Have to be willing to work to make the money.
