Pros
No dress code, nice co-workers for the most part. You also get to play games every time you make a sale, which is a nice break from the life-sucking job that telemarketing is.
Cons
A lot of pressure is put on to make unfeasible sales. My campaign was wine. Would constantly get lectured alongside co-workers about how if we try harder people will all of a sudden change their mind and spend $150 on a case of wine. Also was treated weird during my last week before I was fired in a 20-second conversation because I wasn't "doing too well", whereas I've seen employees during my time working there who barely made one sale on any night I worked with them. I kept my tabs. Unless you like bad jobs with management who likes to butter you up and tell you you've been doing a great job just for you to walk into work the next day and fire you, don't waste your time here.
