Pros

Big variety of projects you can work on.

Cons

The variety of projects you work on is huge. So many projects are a first for this company. They mislead their clients about their experience in certain industries as well as whether the work is being done properly or with care. The only thing the owner cares about is money. He is also a micro-manager. He doesn't listen to any of his employees about whether a project might be too big or too difficult to complete in the required amount of time. He also does not like the idea of training new graduates how to do anything. If you don't know everything on day 1, you will be berated, humiliated, disparaged, threatened with termination, etc. I cannot emphasize how much the owner cares about money over due diligence with engineering analysis. It is revolting. He cares even less about his own employees. I am not the only person to experience this. The turnover at this company is something like 50%/year which is unheard of anywhere else I've worked. The owner didn't understand why I chose to leave and pleaded with me to stay and take on the next project. One of the scary things about the owner is that he can be the nicest guy when he wants to be, but he can instantly transform into a screaming monster in an instant. Like other reviews have said, the number of hours you're expected to work is insane. Forget about ever getting overtime pay too. What a cesspool.

Pros

Snack! on Fridays (provided by the employees and the employer)

Cons

Public shaming, verbal abuse, and bullying tactics. Such behavior creates a toxic work environment. Micromanagement. (it's supper annoying) Unfair labor practices, including the failure to pay greater rates for overtime work, and other issues. Harassment and discrimination based on educational background, ethnicity, nationality, and gender. Lack of access to clean working facilities, particularly in regard to restroom facilities. Access to clean toilets is a basic human right! Projects are boring. Definitely not a good place for those in the early stage of their career. Those need a knowledgeable mentor who behaves appropriately.
