Pros

-Brilliant employees and subject matter experts across the board - Beautiful office in the heart of Pioneer Square -One of the strongest compensation/benefits packages in the state - Emphasis on constant learning and challenging convention -Great work/life balance mindset while being driven by passion by the product -Excellent PTO/Holiday Schedule -Values based culture that has been embedded into company products, processes, function, and recruiting.

Cons

Nothing at this time, but as the company is growing, employees need to maintain its strong culture of transparent culture across the organization to not develop too much of a "bubble" mindset between departments.

Pros

The opportunity to be a part of an existing and impactful SaaS product that reduces the carbon footprint, and a company that's expanding into Energy as a Service with a growth trajectory ahead. Ownership over day to day, creating processes and scalability. It's a great group of people and although we are primarily a remote company, we care about maintaining meaningful connection by hosting company gatherings and weekly virtual "huddles" that range in content but keep the entire company engaged and informed.

Cons

Ambiguous at times, requires problem solving and collaborative/growth mindset.
