Pros
Good hours when you have been there for awhile and get a choice of what shift you want.
Cons
The company cares more about sales and talking customers into signing up for new services instead of how well you handle problems. Regardless of how many customers wish to talk to management to compliment on the support they received you will be let go of if you don't hit certain sale goals. You can talk customers into upgrading them to a TiVo or DVR box all day long and get no recognition. Almost zero chance for advancement and raises.
