Pros

Very good pay an benefits, office environment was usually tolerable temperature wise though many complained that had to stay at a cubicle.

Cons

Work expectations became excessive with zero true interest in the employees at any level and more specifically the customers. Many shady policies came in from the parent company.

Working from home is a nice perk

Everything if i could give a 0 i would, the company cuts commission in half due to their billions of dollars debt and they make it the employees problem, treat the employees like trash, you get yelled at by your supervisor like they own you, you get treated like a slave, when you do good you're the best thing that's ever happened to them but when you're struggling which btw is their own fault, you are the worst thing that has ever happened, the company purposefully sends calls to departments they don't belong so they mess with your numbers, employees from departments overseas make the customer's life so impossible that good employees get treated like garbage by customers too, you can't win like EVERRR, you get hawked even by the higher ups like CEO level people on your calls when you're just a regular employee, they keep letting people go left and right, if you do bad you're gone but if you also do too good you're also gone, nobody is safe and you're told that constantly on a daily basis.
