Core teams are tight knit, and most are great groups of people. There are opportunities to grow if you take the challenge. Great benefits including discounted cable/internet/phone.
Cons
Communication between the different teams is minimal. Changes are made without input from all effected groups. There are a few managers that work daily to break down the walls between the teams.
