      Pros

      Atmosphere that breeds excellence. Smart, fun co-workers. Excellent benefits package. Good work is noticed and rewarded.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low end of average. Many departments are lean, so work load can be heavy at times. Under new ownership this year and already seeing spending cutbacks that could become burdensome.

      Peers were kind, supportive, and friendly. Ok compensation.

      Cons

      Leadership was constantly changing and bringing in new employees to fix issues that wouldn't be fixed by them; the company's strategy wasn't on point. Slow promotions and career development/advancement.
