Optimove is a great place to work, surrounded by smart, talented, and driven people. The environment is highly professional and very challenging in a positive way, pushing you to learn quickly and develop strong skills. I gained a lot of knowledge and hands-on experience during my time there. The company also offers many opportunities to grow, learn, and progress, and it’s clear that they care about their employees and invest in their development.
Cons
Work-life balance was not ideal. The role required managing a large number of clients, which often led to long hours and working beyond regular schedules. The intensity can be demanding, especially over time.
