      I'm remote so have to manage scheduling, etc. a little more closely.

      Pros

      Hard to find better engineering team, especially CTO who is just so good. A lot of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Sales is not going best, so it seems company is not gonna become unicorn if something does not change there.

      Pros

      OptimoRoute is a great company with a great mission. Here are the reasons people like working at OptimoRoute, from what I can tell. - Challenges every day at work. - An opportunity to learn every day at work. - A strong team environment. - A chance to make an impact every day at work. - A supportive and kind work environment. I have worked at lots of places, and the company is run by just a nice setup of people. - The CEO really cares about his people. - It's a high growth company and the company is "winning" everyday - Pay is good.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and there are some growing pains as the company adjusts, so there is a bump here and there as management learns to adjust and new processes are put into place.
