The product and solution architecture teams have significant tenure and the whole company is maniacally focused on customer success. Optimizely has focused leadership team and a world class CEO who is very accessible to employees, partners, and customers.

      No cons to report, however, a healthy dose of accountability, humility and resilience are required to succeed.
