Work-life-balance is really poor (also due a lot of extra work arising from high retention rates and always newly acquired businesses that do not fit in well culturally) -Marketing speak and grand announcements drown out the not-so-grand truth behind them (coming from HR and the Execs) -Company conducts many people happiness surveys (with not exactly positive results), but nothing changes in the end (except more marketing speech announcements) -There is a big discrepancy between what the execs think the company represents between what the general employees perceive in their day to day work
