You will get the opportunity to be a part of creating the "dream design team" as design is still a growing competency at Optimity. Overall, Optimity is a great place to work!

I'm sure if you read through the other reviews, you can see that Optimity has been through its fair share of challenges like any company. As an employee for 6+ years, I saw it all, but the one thing Optimity always did was remain open and transparent with its employees on the status of the future. With the new CEO, Wally, Optimity is definitely on a path to success! He is steering the ship towards exciting digital transformation work that touches all over the US.
