Pros

Optimity is an excellent place for those who like work that is both innovative and challenging! They have a start-up environment, but with BIG name clients. You will be given the opportunity to work on meaningful projects with very talented team members from all types of disciplines and backgrounds. Management is very supportive and works hard to build a culture that builds creativity and diversity. Optimity is a also great place to grow in your career as well! They have a mentorship program that ensures that you will meet your career goals with constant one on one feedback. If you are a design resource, you will have the BEST Creative Director! You will get the opportunity to be a part of creating the "dream design team" as design is still a growing competency at Optimity. Overall, Optimity is a great place to work!

Cons

I'm sure if you read through the other reviews, you can see that Optimity has been through its fair share of challenges like any company. As an employee for 6+ years, I saw it all, but the one thing Optimity always did was remain open and transparent with its employees on the status of the future. With the new CEO, Wally, Optimity is definitely on a path to success! He is steering the ship towards exciting digital transformation work that touches all over the US.

Pros

If you are interested in learning about UI/UX or being a product owner then this is the best education you could ask for. I joined as an undergrad hire and had no clue what I wanted to do. The new product director will teach you everything you need to know to get a job at a top tech company in two years. Don’t miss out on a golden opportunity to learn from the best.

Cons

There are two different cultures in the company. One is full of old EY consultants who are dinosaurs and don’t have any skills for the 21st century and refuse to learn about technology and what powers the world today. This culture rewards you for being selfish and a jerk. It also has no accountability. The other culture is more like a tech company. Everyone is really collaborative and supportive of one another while holding each other accountable. The developers, designers and business analysts are all great to work with and so supportive of one another.

Pros

If you're a Type A person, highly driven and don't like traditional work, this place is for you.

Cons

It's a very power-hungry group, and there were a few men that worked there that didn't seem to understand emotional boundaries.
