Pros

- Pay is slightly higher due to Optimity being a so called "Boutique" consultancy. - They spend money on team activities.

Cons

Cons outweigh the Pros: - Work Life balance is near zero. It is a culture of workaholics. Expect to be called by a VP 3am in the morning to discuss a project. - Optimity is a sweat shop for Junior hires. More than 75% of employees are kids (newly graduated) with over inflated egos and lack maturity. The business model for this company is bid these kids in projects and over charge for them. This negetively impacts maturity of deliverables, customer relationships and company image. - Executives have created a culture of false marketing to employees that there are multiple opportunities in the pipeline when actually there are very few and limited. - Opening international offices with few employees or buying other companies that have gone bankrupt is all part of a campaign to over sell and inflate the compmany than what it actually is. - They will hire you for a project and then switch you to a project that is in another state, demanding travel ore than 80% of the time, regardless if you have family or not.

Pros

If you are interested in learning about UI/UX or being a product owner then this is the best education you could ask for. I joined as an undergrad hire and had no clue what I wanted to do. The new product director will teach you everything you need to know to get a job at a top tech company in two years. Don’t miss out on a golden opportunity to learn from the best.

Cons

There are two different cultures in the company. One is full of old EY consultants who are dinosaurs and don’t have any skills for the 21st century and refuse to learn about technology and what powers the world today. This culture rewards you for being selfish and a jerk. It also has no accountability. The other culture is more like a tech company. Everyone is really collaborative and supportive of one another while holding each other accountable. The developers, designers and business analysts are all great to work with and so supportive of one another.

Pros

If you're a Type A person, highly driven and don't like traditional work, this place is for you.

Cons

It's a very power-hungry group, and there were a few men that worked there that didn't seem to understand emotional boundaries.
