One of the biggest pros of working here is the flexibility and trust. Being a remote team, people are generally given the freedom to manage their work without unnecessary micromanagement. I’ve also had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, which keeps things interesting and helps build new skills. The team is supportive and there’s a strong sense of ownership, and good work is recognized.

I’ve done quite a few internships and this has to be the most amazing one. The work culture here is incredible and the work is carried out so efficiently. Being remote, it’s also easy to manage with college.
