We pride ourselves on listening to our staff, and we think that our latest employee survey high Net Promotor Score of 8.76 is a positive indicator of this. Our SMT are passionate about the positive and friendly culture we instill at Optimising IT and proactively take steps to address any feedback from staff to continually improve the working environment. We encourage self-development, offering on-the-job mentoring and training opportunities to attain certifications and to continuously improve skills. Our quarterly business updates presented by our MD Gary Smith, provide staff with the opportunity to ask questions about future business direction and to pass on any feedback. We also ensure that all our employees have a regular 1:1 meeting set up with their line managers and an open-door policy to speak to any of the SMT. All our staff policies are in place to ensure that every employee is treated fairly and equally.
