      Great work-life balance, you're able to use the latest tech that you are comfortable with, they use a variety of frameworks, programming languages and databases, great for a junior or intermediate developer who wants to learn more.

      Cons

      They don't embrace the cloud, the infrastructure technologies and tools are a bit dated.
