There are no positive aspects of representing this company as a contract employee.

Fraudulent Financials - ADP pay stub hours paid does not match time sheet hours worked. OT is not permitted but yet there are countless OT hours billed to the client. Undelivered benefits - Access to 401k and health benefits were promised at contract signing but never delivered. No raises - Not even cost of living to cover inflation. Christmas Bonus - $25 amazon gift card Uses fear to control - End of year message was "If you don't show up on time to meetings you will be fired. PTO - No Vacation time or sick time accrued. Salary - Low salary is not in line with industry standards.
