      Great people, amazing and helping team (at the lower levels of hierarchy)

      Cons

      Management makes decisions about your future behind closed doors, one person that bullies a lot of others and got a million complaints to HR still works in th company keeping up with this good practice. HR simply sucks and don't stand up for anyone, playing against you.
