Poor - Assistant Grower Optimara Employee Review

Poor management, no training, no chance of pay raise or promotion. Unsafe/unsanitary working environment. When it rains the greenhouses flood pretty badly because the roofs are not sealed properly so they leak badly when it rains. There is no janitorial crew so the bathrooms were never cleaned and there were cockroaches all over the break room as well as maggots and flies. Petty rivalries between different "supervisors" and sections make working together almost impossible at times.
