Slow pace of promotions and salary raises. Team builiding activities are non exsistent. The company is growing too fast. Management sacrifices quality over financial gain which at the end is not shared with the employees. Lack of will witihin upper management to start resolving issues when brought to their attention by employees on lower positions.
