They are dishonest unprofessional unorganized and unreliable. They will remove you from the schedule without warning even if you have minor accidents and average ratings. There is slim to no communication. They have no empathy or compassion for their workers. Their equipment is in poor condition cracked phone screens that don’t keep a charge. Their leadership team needs to be educated. There is minimal training. The warehouses and parking lots are very tight to squeeze in large vans making it easy to have an accident. They do not care.
