      Pros

      Reasonable deadlines to complete tasks, no micromanaging, friendly and smart coworkers, autonomy to make improvements, hybrid work environment, people are treated with dignity and respect. The owners are classy and easygoing. Arlington Heights location is centrally located.

      none really. It has been fun.
