- Colleagues are helpful and encouraging in helping newcomers. - Great support from Seniors and all departments. - Work on simultaneous projects, allowing me to enhance my experience in design, technical, and dealing with other departments. - Regular meetings with other departments involved in the projects to better understand the overall progress/state of the project. - Good communication.
Cons
- Location. - Inflexible with the option of working remotely. - No benefits. - No bonus. - Very few company days out.
