Optima is a dynamic company where it is fun and interesting to work at. I really enjoyed the trust and liberty that is integral to how the company functions. There is a lot of flexibility to make your work life easier for you.

I don't have any negative point to share, I've had a really good time at Optima. Like in every job, there was a transition period at the beginning but everybody was very welcoming and made this new experience as easy as possible for me.

I learned to become more autonomous, more rigorous in my work. I was able to learn a lot of things about several business lines. As a French I was also able to practice my english more. Even as a intern we have a lot of responsibility which make us improve in our skills.

As an Intern, we have really intense days which really changes from certain periods of our studies.
