      I bonus e le provvigioni non sono male (ovviamente se ci si impegna costantemente)

      Le persone che ti guidano non hanno la minima formazione sulla leadership e sia loro sia l'azienda tendono a trattarti come un numero. Se riesci a tenere alta la motivazione bene, altrimenti nessuno ti aiuta a farlo

      Pros

      Optima is an amazing company from the people, to the benefits, and of course, their products. Optima makes beautiful buildings. I feel proud to work for a company that cares about it's people and the environment.
