      Incredibly enthusiastic team High energy Lots of team building exercises both during hours and after hours

      Cons

      100% Commission to start door-to-door solicitation yet poses as marketing job Promise certain levels of pay ("$500-1500 a week) but this is far from guaranteed All over the website and social media you see the team wearing business professional but that is for just two hours of the shift. When it's (finally) time to go into the field they send you to the bathroom to wear golf clothes. In other words they just wear suits for the photos. Horrible employee retention. They really are the definition of "churn and burn."

      Pros

      Growth is big with Optim Marketing, and you get the chance to learn how to run your own company. They only promote from within and its full commission only. You get trained on leadership, interviewing and more. So after you build your team and get promoted, your have all the tools necessary to run your own office.

      Cons

      I believe for individuals starting out they could use a base pay. It is door to door and for most people starting off that isnt the easiest thing to do. Retention rate is very low.
