There can be a bit of a clash between the need for structure and deadlines and the creativity required for a high quality product. These two skills are often at odds with each other.

Pay via bitcoin, and require employee to use their money to move merchandise out of a hold position. This is a catch 22 act. They refuse to work with the employee when the employees money gets hung up on moving a product.
