      Pros

      Good pay, and excellent benefits. Many employes work from their homes.

      Cons

      US management always being pulled in different directions from corporate (Japan) leading to regular changes in business plan. Key accounts are shuffled to different reps every other year leading to inconsistencies and frustrations for customers and sales team.
