Some technical debt needs tackling

Colleagues are a nice bunch but constantly belittled and micro-managed by senior management. Have been here for two years and now looking for a better employer in the Cambridge tech industry.

Not in Cambridge but miles out of the city. Toxic culture of micro-management. Senior management only interested in fattening up the company for their own benefit and for their investors.
